Pranacan was founded right here in Greater Vancouver by a team that grew up watching properties deteriorate simply because owners didn't know who to trust or couldn't find a crew that showed up when they said they would.
We set out to change that. Starting with residential pressure washing, we expanded into asphalt sealing, crack filling, concrete repairs, and full parking lot maintenance programs — building a reputation one driveway at a time.
Today we work with homeowners, strata councils, and commercial property managers across 13 cities in the Lower Mainland. Every job gets the same attention whether it's a single driveway or a 50-stall parking lot.
